You have questions? We have Answers!

A: There are two ways to earn opportunities for the free flights:
  1. In advance of the event: SOCIAL IT FORWARD to win!
A: You want FREE FLIGHTS for female first-time fliers, and we need your help to grow!

Our under-funded non-profit foundation relies heavily on in-kind community contributions in order to provide this incredible FREE diversity outreach event. We triage what little budget we have towards critical items which means we can't afford to promote our event as much as we'd like to. That's where YOU come in! By simply liking & sharing our social media content you're helping us get the word out far and wide so that others can join the event. To incentivize maximum sharing, we offer Social it Forward to win free flights for your favourite female first-time fliers.

Simply like/follow our social media channels and watch for Social it Forward! announcements. You can find the challenge instructions, and full contest rules below these FAQs. Winners will be notified on social media and provided a special code to be entered in the reward zone below to unlock the booking portal. Booked fliers must be sure to check in at the designated area at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled flight time or forfeit their free flight.

A: To help guide participants through the event, a treasure map is included within the free souvenir event programs offered to all participants as they enter. Event programs may also be found at key locations throughout the event.

Platinum, Gold, Silver & Agency partners are featured as key destinations on the map, which once completed, can then be used to enter the Grand Prize draw, and/or access the free flights for female first-time fliers (any age). Participants are thus motivated to engage with featured exhibitors. Map partners have some discretion over what participants must do to earn this credit, e.g., answer three questions about their display/activity, play a game, find a hidden clue, etc.

Each eligible female first-time flier desiring to fly must present a fully completed map at the designated flight registration station before they may proceed with flight registration. While everyone is welcome to complete the map, only an eligible female first-time flier (any age) may use it to access the free flights.

A fully completed map unlocks access to the free flights for each eligible female first-time flier. Flights are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, weather permitting and as we have available capacity. Once the map has been used for flight, the map is marked accordingly and returned to the participant as a keepsake.

NOTE: While anyone is welcome to qualify for Treasure Map as a Passport, the map may be used only once to provide entry for a single eligible female first-time flier. Eligible female first-time fliers wishing to fly together must each present a qualifying Treasure Map as a Passport.

A: Of COURSE!!!! Everyone of any age, gender and citizenship is welcome at our events - FREE! This is a family-friendly event with something for everyone to enjoy! No registration is required.
A: Regrettably no. The free flights for female first-time fliers (any age) is the only part of the event reserved for women & girls. This is in light of our overall mission to inspire female future leaders from shop floor to top floor in high-tech STEM fields, where presently women are very poorly represented.

The free flights are a rare and precious gift that we use to entice women and girls to the airport, and hopefully ignite their interest in all the many other exciting activities and displays found at our events.

Understand that the flights are only a tiny part of this amazing event! We encourage absolutely everyone to join our event, and show their support for diversity as they have fun checking out all the other offerings at the event.

A: The Achieve Anything Foundation defines as girls & women any persons that identify as female, including transgender. This definition applies to any reference of girls, women and/or females. To be eligible for the free flights for female first-time fliers (any age), the person must identify as female.
BE ADVISED THAT ALL PASSENGERS ARE REQUIRED TO PRESENT GOVERNMENT-ISSUED PHOTO IDENTIFICATION (ID)*, AND A SIGNED GUARDIAN CONSENT/RISK WAIVER IN ORDER TO FLY. *In the case of some students, a health care card in conjunction with student Photo ID is acceptable. For infants under two years of age, a government-issued health care card is acceptable.

Consent/waiver forms may be downloaded from the link below, and copies will also be available at the event. In the case of a minor, where the legal guardian will not be present, be sure to have this form completed and signed in advance and present it at check-in.

Download Consent/Waiver

BE ADVISED THAT any portion of the event, including the free flights, may be postponed or cancelled without warning due to circumstances outside of our control.Where flights have been postponed due to weather or other operational factors and conditions improve, we will do our best to accommodate the displaced fliers, provided that passengers previously scheduled for later times are not displaced.
