Though this event is free for all participants, it's actually ridiculously expensive to organize. Aside from financial partners, we mainly rely heavily on the many businesses, organizations and individuals that contribute hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of the many in-kind equipment, supplies and services needed to offer an event of this scope and magnitude and keep it entirely free for all who attend. Without this incredible level of community support, this free event would be impossible for our non-profit foundation to offer.

Any money we spend on advertising, means one less flight or some other important aspect of the event must be sacrificed.

That's where YOU come in! By simply liking & sharing our social media content you're helping us get the word out far and wide so that others can join the event. To incentivize maximum sharing, we offer Social it Forward to win free flights for your favourite female first-time fliers.

Simply like/follow our social media channels and watch for Social it Forward! announcements. You can find the challenge instructions, and full contest rules below these FAQs. Winners will be notified on social media and provided a special code to be entered in the reward zone below to unlock the booking portal. Booked fliers must be sure to check in at the designated area at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled flight time or forfeit their free flight.

Platinum, Gold, Silver & Agency partners are featured as key destinations on the map, which once completed, can then be used to enter the Grand Prize draw, and/or access the free flights for female first-time fliers (any age). Participants are thus motivated to engage with featured exhibitors. Map partners have some discretion over what participants must do to earn this credit, e.g., answer three questions about their display/activity, play a game, find a hidden clue, etc.

Each eligible female first-time flier desiring to fly must present a fully completed map at the designated flight registration station before they may proceed with flight registration. While everyone is welcome to complete the map, only an eligible female first-time flier (any age) may use it to access the free flights.

A fully completed map unlocks access to the free flights for each eligible female first-time flier. Flights are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, weather permitting and as we have available capacity. Once the map has been used for flight, the map is marked accordingly and returned to the participant as a keepsake.

NOTE: While anyone is welcome to qualify for Treasure Map as a Passport, the map may be used only once to provide entry for a single eligible female first-time flier. Eligible female first-time fliers wishing to fly together must each present a qualifying Treasure Map as a Passport.

The free flights are a rare and precious gift that we use to entice women and girls to the airport, and hopefully ignite their interest in all the many other exciting activities and displays found at our events.

Understand that the flights are only a tiny part of this amazing event! We encourage absolutely everyone to join our event, and show their support for diversity as they have fun checking out all the other offerings at the event.

Consent/waiver forms may be downloaded from the link below, and copies will also be available at the event. In the case of a minor, where the legal guardian will not be present, be sure to have this form completed and signed in advance and present it at check-in.
